One day last week when I was waiting in the school yard for Amy, I met another mother and introduced myself to her. She also has a child in Year 1, so I told her that my daughter is Amy. She replied "Oh yeah, Amy Hufflepuff... or something like that." I laughed and corrected her: "Dobberfuhl, but Hufflepuff is a pretty neat name too." She is apparently a fan of the Harry Potter series (aren't we all?)In any case, Amy was very excited to report to me on Friday that she earned 3 House Points for her extra good behaviour at school... she can't remember which House she is in just yet, but hopefully the points got assigned to the correct one.
